Protect what matters
Needs first.
Commitment active
$150 committed for the next 24 hours · tightening allowed, loosening isn’t.
- — You decide the maximum loss while calm.
- — Money promised to bills gets protected.
- — The software uses artificial willpower borrowed from clear-headed you to enforce your commitments.
Sample figures shown. Enforcement applies on covered surfaces — coverage is listed in full further down this page.
Why it exists
“I didn’t need another reminder to stop. I needed the decision I made while clear-headed to keep authority after my emotions changed.”
That’s the problem GlassGambler is built around.

How it works
1. Decide while clear-headed
Choose your 24-hour, rolling 7-day and 30-day boundaries, your session limits, and what money is already promised to something else.
2. Defend the commitment
GlassGambler's server-authoritative rules keep the strictest active boundary in control on covered surfaces — tightening is always allowed, loosening mid-commitment is not.
3. Build proof you keep promises
Future Me, Life Commitments, accountability and Shield progress support the plan. The Shield levels on commitments kept, never on money won.
What’s in it
Safety Foundation
24-hour anchored commitment plus rolling 7-day and 30-day boundaries. The 30-day budget never resets on the 1st.
Protect what matters
Needs before wants. Money fenced for a bill stops being bankroll and can't be released mid-commitment.
Future Me
A message recorded while calm, surfaced at the moments the plan usually gets renegotiated.
Life Commitments + Shield
Promises beyond gambling, tracked as evidence that you keep what you commit to.
Accountability + cooldown
An optional partner note when you do the responsible thing, and a rapid-loss breather that pauses new exposure on covered surfaces.
Per-category limits
Poker cash and tournaments, blackjack, slots, sports betting and other categories each carry their own limits inside the global boundary.
Coverage & enforcement
What GlassGambler
- Your GlassGambler account + every device you sign in onEnforced
Commitments, lockouts and server-authoritative boundaries sync here. Signing in elsewhere inherits the same active commitment.
- GlassGambler authorization / 24h · 7d · 30d boundariesEnforced
GlassGambler itself must not approve new exposure beyond the strictest active boundary.
- Future Me + Life CommitmentsSupport layer
These support your commitments and Shield progress. They do not authorize anything and never override safety limits.
- Direct operator / game-client blockingCoverage expanding
Direct control depends on the operator or client connector. Coverage is added one surface at a time; it is not universal.
- Physical venues, cash, or offline gambling outside connected surfacesCoverage expanding
GlassGambler can record and guide, but it cannot physically prevent exposure it cannot reach.
The product vision is universal commitment enforcement. Beta coverage is not universal yet — every gap listed here is a boundary we are closing, not an exception to your commitment.

GlassGambler is not treatment, therapy or medical care, and beta coverage is not universal — direct control depends on the surface. If gambling is harming you, please also use operator self-exclusion and the support services listed in our resources.
