Privacy Policy

GlassGambler is a personal tool for setting gambling limits before you play. This page describes, in plain language, what the app stores and what it does with it. It is a description of how the product actually works — not a legal guarantee, and not advice about your rights in your own country.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and an account identifier, handled by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
- Your plan and session data. The limits you set, the sessions you log, wins and losses, needs/wants entries, lockouts and check-in answers.
- Settings. Reminder, partner-notification, weekly digest and agent-integration preferences, including any email addresses you enter for those features.
- Billing status. Subscription state, renewal dates and a Stripe customer/subscription reference. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.
Why we store it
Only to run the features you asked for: enforcing your own limits across devices, sending the emails you enabled, showing your trends, and knowing whether your subscription is active. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not build profiles for anyone else.
Who it is shared with
- Our hosting, database and email providers, purely to deliver the service.
- Stripe, for payments and subscription management.
- Anyone you deliberately share with: a partner email you enter, a read-only share link you create, or an AI assistant you connect through the agent (MCP) integration. A share link deliberately contains no amounts — you can revoke it at any time from your account page.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays while your account exists. Deleting your account from the account page removes your synced plan, session and settings data and your login. Payment and invoice records stay in Stripe, because those are financial records Stripe and we are expected to retain for tax, accounting and dispute purposes.
Some of your data is also kept in your browser's local storage on the device you use. Clearing your browser data removes that copy.
Security
Data is stored in a managed database with per-user access rules, so one account cannot read another's data, and transferred over encrypted connections. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.
Children
GlassGambler is not for anyone under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, and in no case under 18.
